Investigation and Experimentation

My art, whether abstract, figurative, or combinations of both, explores dimensional vibrations through the use of line, color, symbolism, and form. Geometry, particle physics, holonomic brain theory, mythology, and Jung's theories of  synchronicity and the collective unconscious all inform my work.

Perceiving the concepts contained in the above theories, I strive to reveal the deeper dimensions and innate spirituality that exist in the here and now of every moment.

Convergent Evolutions of Art and Science

We've evolved from a world-view containing closed systems and boundaries,
reflective of a reductive dualism/linearity and imposing a contiguous range of
naturally occurring phenomena. New intersections between art and science
illustrate a serendipitous resonance between artists and scientists exploring
complex systems.

Holonomic brain theory, quantum physics, chaos theory, the butterfly effect, etc.
illustrate the implicate order, signifying the concept that space and time are no
longer dominant factors in determining relationships. As each element in a
hologram contains information about the whole, and the whole contains
information about each element, my work reflects a visual exploration of these
transcendent relationships.
